Audi door latch/lock actuator (OEM 4F0839015C) in used genuine condition—left rear placement. Also known as a door lock actuator or latch assembly, this unit controls the door’s locking and unlatching mechanism. A common failure is the actuator failing to engage, leaving the door unable to lock or unlock with the remote or interior switch. This was removed from an Audi A6/S6 with any of the available V6, V8, or V10 engines.
