Audi door latch / lock actuator (OEM 4H0839015D, also replaces 4H0839015A) — a tested used genuine part for the left rear door. This actuator controls the locking and unlatching functions; a common failure is the motor failing to respond to the key fob or interior switch, or making a grinding noise. It was removed from an A8/S8 with one of several V6, V8, or W12 engines.
