The BMW left rear door latch / lock actuator (OEM 7276321) is a used genuine component for the 6 Series Gran Coupe, including M6 and Alpina B6 models with 3.0L turbo I6 or 4.4L turbo V8 engines. When the actuator fails, the door may not latch shut or respond to the central locking system. This unit controls both the mechanical latching and electronic lock functions.
