A used OEM Audi door panel grab handle cover/trim, part number 8W1867171. This is also known as a door pull handle cover, and it replaces numbers 8W1867171B and 8W1867171A. It's the front left-side piece that clips over the grab handle mechanism on the interior door panel. If this trim is loose or cracked, it can rattle or fail to stay in place when you pull the door shut.
