Genuine Volkswagen door panel trim, OEM part number 5GM867449A (also replaces 5GM867211DJ), is a used factory piece for the left rear door. It covers the interior door panel on Golf Alltrack and Golf SportWagen models with the 1.8L 1798CC turbocharged gas engine or the 2.0L 1968CC turbodiesel. The trim attaches with clips and simply replaces a damaged or missing panel.
