This is a used OEM Audi door panel trim/molding, part number 8W0867410N, also replacing 8W0867410K. It's the front right-side trim piece for the door panel. This molding secures and finishes the interior door trim on Audi A4, A5, S4, and S5 models, including those with 2.0L turbocharged or 3.0L supercharged/turbocharged engines. When this trim is loose or damaged, it can rattle or leave an unsightly gap in the door panel assembly.
