This used OEM BMW driveshaft / propeller shaft (OEM 7557152, also replaces 7576479) was removed from a donor vehicle. It is the rear section for the 4.8L V8 (N62) in the 650i. The driveshaft transfers engine power from the transmission to the rear differential. When failing, symptoms often include vibration under load, a clunking noise on acceleration or deceleration, or driveline shudder.
