The genuine Audi EGR Combi Valve, OEM part number 078131101P (also supersedes 078131101AB), is a used left-side component from a donor vehicle. This combi valve controls exhaust gas recirculation in 2.7L V6 turbocharged engines found in A6 Quattro and Allroad Quattro models.
