Audi EGR / Combi Valve 079131101AK is a used OEM exhaust gas recirculation valve for the 4.0L twin-turbo V8 (3993cc) engine. This left-side component also supersedes 079131101AE. The EGR reduces NOx emissions by recirculating exhaust into the intake; a failing combi valve often triggers a check-engine light and causes rough idle or hesitation under load.
