This used OEM Audi EGR/Combi Valve (079131101R) is a genuine Exhaust Gas Recirculation unit removed from a donor vehicle. Also supersedes 079131101F, 079131101AG, and 079131101AP. Designed for left-side installation on 4.2L V8 naturally aspirated engines, it meters exhaust flow back into the intake to lower combustion temperatures. A failing valve can cause rough idle, hesitation, or a check-engine light.
