This used Audi EGR / Combi Valve (OEM 07L131101F, also supersedes 07L131101M) controls exhaust-gas recirculation on 4.2L V8 and 5.2L V10 naturally aspirated engines. A failing EGR valve often causes rough idle, hesitation, or a check-engine light for insufficient flow. Genuine OEM part, ready for installation on either side of the engine.
