This used OEM Audi EGR Combi Valve Adapter / Mount (part number 06C131165B) is the left-side mounting bracket that secures the exhaust gas recirculation combi valve to the engine. Installed on naturally aspirated 3.0L V6 engines (both 2950cc and 2976cc), it provides the rigid connection needed for proper EGR flow. Over time, carbon buildup and heat cycling can cause the adapter to warp or its gasket to fail, leading to exhaust leaks, rough idle, or a check-engine light for insufficient EGR flow.
