Used BMW electric cooling fan housing/cowl, OEM part number 7640512. This genuine used part also replaces OEM numbers 8641965 and 8621193. It mounts the cooling fan assembly and directs airflow through the radiator for the 2.0L diesel and gas turbocharged engines, as well as the 3.0L turbocharged six-cylinder. A cracked or damaged cowl can cause the fan to rattle or fail to pull air properly, leading to overheating.
