It also supersedes numbers 6862244, 6855696, 6794260, 6792626, and 6791428. When the module fails, the parking brake may not engage or release, often triggering a dashboard warning. Programming is required: the module must be coded to your vehicle’s VIN after installation by a qualified shop or dealer.
