This BMW emergency parking brake boot / cover, OEM part number 7846807 (also replaces 8094845), is a genuine used component. It protects the parking brake mechanism from dirt, debris, and wear. Also known as the parking brake cover, this boot is a direct-fit replacement for models with 2.0L or 3.0L turbocharged engines. If the original boot is torn or missing, the parking brake lever area can accumulate contaminants.
