The Audi RS5 4.2L V8 uses OEM part 8T0190601 for the engine air filter box housing (lower, right side). This used genuine piece also replaces 8T0133836A and 8T0133836B. It holds the air filter and seals the intake path; a cracked or broken lower housing can let unfiltered air enter, leading to rough idle and reduced performance.
