Sold individually as a used genuine OEM part, this Audi Engine Bay Hood Seal (part number 8E0823731A, also replaces 8E0823731) fits Audi A4, A4 Quattro, and S4 models offered with 1.8L turbo, 3.0L V6, or 4.2L V8 engines. The seal attaches across the front edge of the hood to keep dust, moisture, and road debris out of the engine bay while also reducing wind noise at speed. Over time original seals shrink or crack, allowing dirt to enter and engine fan noise to become more audible.
