A used OEM BMW Engine Block Sound Absorber Cover, part number 9454133, also replaces 11149454133 and 11148626976. This left-side acoustic cover dampens engine noise from the 4.4L 4395CC V8 GAS DOHC Turbocharged engine. When the foam deteriorates or the cover cracks, you may notice increased engine bay noise.
