This used OEM Engine Breather Hose / Line (part 06M121692AC) handles crankcase ventilation on Audi and Porsche 3.0L V6 turbo, supercharged, and mild-hybrid engines. Also called a breather line, it routes blow-by gases back to the intake. A cracked hose creates vacuum leaks, rough idle, or a check-engine light.
