This used OEM camshaft bearing cap (022453A) was removed from a late-model Audi/Volkswagen donor. It’s also known as an engine cam bearing cap and supersedes 03H100033L and 03H100038N. Designed for the 3.6L V6 engine found in Q7, Atlas, and Touareg vehicles, this cap helps secure the camshaft and maintain proper bearing clearance. A failing cap can cause valvetrain noise, uneven cam rotation, or oil leakage around the cylinder head.
