This used OEM Audi VW camshaft bearing cap (022453A) is an engine cam bearing cap removed from a donor vehicle. It also replaces the earlier 03H100033L and 03H100038N numbers. Designed for the 3.6L V6 DOHC naturally aspirated gas engine, this cap secures the camshaft in the cylinder head. A worn or loose cam bearing cap can cause valvetrain noise and affect cam timing. Have a qualified shop install and torque to spec.
