For a BMW 750i or 750Li, this genuine OEM camshaft bearing cap (la3) is a used part. Also known as an engine cam bearing cap, it secures the camshaft in the cylinder head. This cap replaces OEM numbers 0439103, 0427264, and 0396190. It was removed from a 4.8L V8 engine, either the 4799CC or 4837CC naturally aspirated DOHC variant.
