Used BMW engine cylinder head, OEM part number 7573933, is a genuine used component from a donor vehicle. This right-side cylinder head is designed for the N63 and S63 4.4L V8 twin-turbocharged engines found in the 550i, 650i, 750i, X5, and X6. A common failure symptom with these heads is coolant loss from the rear crossover pipe or cracking near the exhaust ports, which can cause overheating and misfires.
