This left-side cylinder head is for the N63 and S63 4.4L twin-turbo V8 engines, including the 4.4L 4395CC V8 GAS DOHC Turbocharged and the 4.8L 4799CC V8 GAS DOHC Naturally Aspirated variants. A common failure symptom with these heads is coolant loss from the integrated water jacket or valve guide wear, which can cause misfires.
