This used BMW genuine engine cylinder head (OEM 7806061, also replaces 7793804) comes from a donor vehicle. Built for the 3.0L 2993cc inline-six diesel with DOHC and turbocharging, it seals the combustion chambers and houses the valve train. A cracked head from overheating can cause coolant-oil mixing or compression loss—install with a new gasket.
