This motor mount is designed for the left or right positions on BMW X5 models equipped with the 3.0L 2993cc I6 diesel DOHC turbocharged engine. An engine mount isolates powertrain vibrations from the chassis; when worn, it can allow excessive movement, leading to clunking during acceleration or deceleration and increased cabin vibration.
