A used genuine BMW left engine mount (OEM 6851263, also replaces 6775905) supports the 4.4L V8 turbo, hybrid turbo, and 4.8L V8 naturally aspirated engines. This mount absorbs powertrain vibration and maintains alignment; a worn mount often causes excessive engine movement, knocking on acceleration, or driveline vibrations.
