This used OEM BMW engine mount (motor mount), part number 6856184, also replaces 4079220, is the right-side mount removed from a donor vehicle. It uses a hydraulic design to dampen engine vibration and support the 2.0L turbocharged four-cylinder engines found in several xDrive models. A worn mount typically causes excessive cabin vibration or a clunking sound during acceleration and deceleration.
