This is a used genuine OEM Audi engine oil separator, part number 06M103495AA, also superseding 06M103515F and 06M103515H. It separates crankcase blow-by gases from oil vapor, returning clean oil to the sump while routing vapors back into the intake for combustion. A failing separator often causes rough idle, excessive oil consumption, or visible smoke from the exhaust. It fits multiple 2.9L and 3.0L turbocharged and supercharged V6 Audi engines, including the EA839 and variants.
