BMW engine roller rocker arm / adjuster / lifter, OEM part number 7516948, is a used genuine component. This part also replaces 0150837. It serves as the critical pivot point between the camshaft lobe and the valve stem in V8 and V12 BMW engines, including the 4.4L, 4.8L, and 6.0L naturally aspirated and supercharged N62 and N63 powerplants. A worn or failed rocker arm can produce a distinct ticking or tapping noise from the valvetrain, indicating excessive clearance or loss of hydraulic adjustment.
