BMW engine roller rocker arm / adjuster / lifter, OEM part number 7583471. This used genuine part was removed from a donor vehicle and serves as the valvetrain component that transfers camshaft motion to the valve stem. A worn or failed rocker arm can produce a distinct ticking or tapping noise from the top of the engine, especially at idle, and may cause reduced power or a misfire code. This part is compatible with N63, N62, S63, and N74 engine families across multiple BMW models.
