This is a used OEM BMW Engine / Transmission Module Wiring Harness, part number 8636069, removed from a donor vehicle. This harness connects the engine control unit and transmission control module to the vehicle's electrical system, carrying power and data signals between these critical components. It was originally installed in BMW 2.0L and 3.0L turbocharged engines, including the 2.0L 1997CC and 1998CC I4, as well as the 3.0L 2979CC I6. A failing harness can cause communication errors between modules, leading to drivability issues, fault codes, or no-start conditions.
