A used OEM BMW engine/transmission wiring harness, part number 9845164, carries the main electrical loom connecting the engine control unit to the transmission. This harness was removed from a 4.4L V8 donor and handles signal and power routing between the two modules. When this harness fails, it can cause intermittent shifting issues, no-start conditions, or communication faults between the ECU and transmission.
