BMW Engine Valve / Cylinder Head Cover (OEM 8699190) – right-side placement. This used genuine OEM cover was removed from a donor vehicle and is specific to BMW’s 4.4L 4395CC V8 GAS DOHC Turbocharged engine family. Also known as the valve cover, it seals the cylinder head, houses the camshafts, and prevents oil leaks. A failing cover may cause oil seepage or a burning smell from hot oil contacting the exhaust.
