Used Audi OEM exhaust camshaft, part number 07919102BQ (outlet side, left placement). This camshaft also replaces 079109102BQ, 079109102BT, 079109102BP, 079109102BK, and 079109102CN. It was removed from a 4.2L V8 DOHC naturally aspirated engine. The exhaust cam controls outlet valve timing; a worn cam can cause rough idle, loss of power, or timing chain noise. This is the left camshaft specifically for the exhaust side on Audi R8 and RS4 applications.
