BMW left rear B-pillar trim cover, OEM part 7369885, also replaces 2583445. This used genuine OEM piece is the exterior trim panel for the left rear pillar on long-wheelbase 7 Series and Alpina B7 models. It covers the body structure between the front and rear doors. A common failure on this trim is cracking or fading from UV exposure, or the clips breaking during removal, which can leave a gap or cause the cover to rattle.
