Also known as a window slot seal or trim, its job is to seal the window channel against wind noise and water intrusion. When this seal deteriorates, you may notice increased cabin noise or moisture entering the door. It was removed from a Maybach S550 or S600 with either the 4.7L V8 or 6.0L V12 engine.
