This is a used OEM BMW front right tilt seat motor, with part number 8226278. It also replaces numbers 7111878 and 8226414. This motor powers the tilt adjustment for the front passenger seat, allowing the seat cushion angle to change. A common failure is the motor stopping mid-cycle or not responding to the switch, leaving the seat stuck in one position. It was removed from a 2000s-era BMW.
