Fuel Pump Flange 3D0919679 – Used OEM Part from Volkswagen / Audi This used OEM fuel pump flange, part number 3D0919679, also replaces 4E0919679. It mounts atop the fuel pump assembly, sealing the tank and routing fuel lines. A cracked or warped flange can cause fuel odors, pressure loss, or hard starting. This flange was originally fitted to Audi A8, S8, and Volkswagen Phaeton models with 4.2L V8, 5.2L V10, or the rare 6.0L W12 engine.
