This BMW fuel rail line/pipe (OEM 8665629) is a used genuine part that supplied high-pressure fuel from the pump to the injectors on a donor vehicle. Also known as a fuel rail pipe, it was removed from turbocharged 2.0L B48 and 3.0L B58 engines as well as the 3.0L PHEV (plug-in hybrid) variant. A common failure is a hairline crack or leak at the metal joints, which can cause fuel smell, hard starting, or a lean-running misfire. Replacing a damaged rail line restores proper fuel delivery and combustion stability.
