This pulley dampens crankshaft vibrations; when the rubber bond fails, it can cause wobble, belt squeal, or accessory drive vibration. It also replaces 04C105243B, 04E105243M, and 04C105243D. Designed for 1.4L and 1.5L turbocharged gas and hybrid engines (EA211 family). The balancer’s separation is a common failure point—listen for a thumping noise at idle.
