This used OEM BMW hatch strut bracket, part number 7296777, was removed from a donor vehicle and is ready for installation on the left or right rear of the hatch. Designed for the i3 and i3s models, it secures the gas strut that supports the tailgate when open. If this bracket breaks or wears, the strut can detach, causing the hatch to fall unexpectedly.
