BMW OEM part number 6763524 is a used headlight leveling sensor, mounted on the rear right side. This sensor monitors the vehicle's rear suspension height to automatically adjust the headlight beam angle, preventing glare for oncoming traffic and maintaining proper visibility as the load changes. A failing sensor can cause headlights to point too high or low, or trigger a dashboard warning light. It was removed from a donor BMW and is a genuine factory component.
