This sensor, also known as a headlight leveling sensor, mounts on the rear right and monitors suspension position to automatically adjust headlight beam height. It supersedes 420941274D, 420941274B, and 420941274A. When this sensor fails, headlights may point too high or low, reducing visibility and potentially blinding oncoming traffic. Fits Audi R8 with 4.2L V8 or 5.2L V10 gas engines (naturally aspirated).
