BMW Left Headlight Washer Sprayer Jet - OEM part number 7275657. This is a genuine used BMW part, the left-side spray nozzle for the headlight washer system. It delivers pressurized fluid to clean the headlight lens. A common failure symptom is a broken or missing sprayer cover, or the jet itself becoming clogged and failing to spray.
