This genuine BMW low-tone horn, OEM 4871993, is a used OEM horn originally removed from a donor vehicle. Also known as the low-pitch horn, it replaces numbers 7279782, 7254484, and 7260492. When the horn button is pressed, this unit produces the deeper sound of the dual-tone system; a failing horn may sound weak or not work at all. It was fitted to various BMW 5-series and M5 models with turbocharged gasoline and diesel engines.
