This used BMW Ignition Control Module (ICM), OEM 6799591, also replaces 6851242, was removed from a donor vehicle. It controls spark timing for turbocharged six-cylinder, V8, and V12 engines across the N54, N63, and N74 families. When the ICM fails, you may experience misfires, rough running, or a no-start condition. This module must be programmed to your vehicle’s VIN by a qualified shop after installation—coding is required.
