This used OEM BMW inner door sill / scuff panel, part number 7398005 (also replaces 7446637), is the genuine front-left trim that covers the door opening threshold. Also called a scuff plate, it protects the sill from scuffs and wear when entering or exiting the vehicle. A cracked or missing panel can let dirt and moisture into the carpet edge.
