This used OEM BMW instrument cluster wiring connector / pigtail, part number 9166837, is a genuine replacement for the harness that plugs into your cluster. It also replaces a series of other numbers including 9316148, 9284265, and 9242367. Designed for BMW 3-series and X1 models with 2.0L turbo I4, 2.5L NA I6, and 3.0L NA/turbo I6 engines, this connector is a common failure point—broken wires or a loose connection can cause intermittent gauge readings or a completely dead cluster.
