A used BMW intake cam / camshaft gear adjuster unit, OEM part number 7506775. This is the VVT phaser that mounts on the intake camshaft and adjusts valve timing by rotating the cam gear relative to the chain. On N62 and N62TU V8 engines (4.4L, 4.8L), a failing adjuster unit can cause a rattle on cold start, reduced low-end torque, or a camshaft position correlation fault code. This genuine OEM unit was removed from a donor vehicle and is ready for installation.
